Shipping policy

Where we deliver. We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Every Olivia James card is packed by us and posted from the UK.

Delivery options.

• Card only: free UK delivery by Royal Mail, usually 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
• Luxury Gift Box: presented in our magnetic gift box and sent free by Royal Mail First Class, usually 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: available at checkout for £3.97 if you need tracking.

All our cards are letterbox friendly, so nobody needs to be in to receive them.

Dispatch times. Designs we hold in stock are dispatched within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Some designs are made to order; where this applies the product page shows it with the expected dispatch time, and we email you when your order is on its way.

Sending a gift. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and we will post the card straight to them. We never include prices or invoices in the parcel.

Late or missing deliveries. Royal Mail times are estimates and can be longer at Christmas and Valentine's Day. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, contact us at [STORE EMAIL] and we will put it right.
